"The weather is hot now so having a clean, comfy room with air con was definitely needed and provided. "A basic but functional twin room in a good location in between Termini and the Colosseum. The hosts were very helpful - the water takes a while to heat up but it was good value for money. The fridge was very useful too. "

"We had such a great stay in Tivoli. You cannot beat the location or the service. Parking is only a very short walk away and you can then leave it and walk to everything you need and want in this beautiful place. Great rooms, lovely breakfast. Great communication. "

"Honestly this price is very over hyped in the reviews. It is basically a hostel and it is not worth it. Overall it was okay but the bathroom was not clean. The shower had a dirty towel as well as black mold in it. There was a cup on the sink that also had gross things in it. The bed was thankfully clean but there was a lot of dust under the bed and around. I would not recommend unless you’re comfortable sleeping in something like this. "

"It was an amazing stay with super comfortable beds and beddings, super clean room and perfect bathroom. The room was spacious for a family of 4 and the daily breakfast treats were loved by the kids. There was the flexibility of eating your lunch or dinner in the kitchen area too which was a very nice addition. The host Eleonora was super polite and helpful in guiding us throughout our trip.
