"It was difficult getting to destination but Lucyy was in touch with me for almost 12 hours during our long flight delay and made sure our transport was at airport when we got there. She gave outstanding service and helped out in every way possible. All staff was great and ready to help but Lucyy went the extra mile to ensure we were safe and had everything we needed. "

"Great location (5 minute walk from the Night Market), very polite, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast (try the french toast!), great rooms, good price. You can also book several tours for a good price. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pick-up service to Hanói airport is worth it (18$), because you won,t pay less than 25 for a regular taxi."
