“The room was neat and clean. We did not do breakfast as we were visiting friends.”

“I had requested early check in. No worries if it’s not available but to be told “your room will be ready in five minutes” for 1.5 hours is completely unacceptable. We could have gone to dinner but instead we had to rush to our event without showers or dinner while we watched so many people check in. For them not to have house cleaning go clean our room was very lacking in customer service. Then when we finally got our room, the maid was still cleaning for another 15 minutes. When we returned……

“The room was okay, as you get what you pay for as they say. It could use a good cleaning, but not filthy. The beds were great. Some noise from the neighbors next door arguing, but really a quiet place other that. We were disappointed in the breakfast as it was only cold cereal, bagels with light plain cream cheese, small muffins, coffee and juice. One morning there were no napkins so I asked the front desk for napkins and she said she had to wait for the manager to go get some more. For me……

“The place is a crackhouse …..not a place to stay on vacation especially with a family and young children. There was a party outside my room and I was afraid to open the door. Thank God I had my Dog with me, she is a good watchdog so I felt a little better. Stayed one night not two as planned.”

“In my bathroom they left me old soap used from other customers. Was not that clean. There was a dog that barked all night until I called the desk around midnight. They said they would try and find who had the dog. I mean don't you register who comes in with a dog? Was quiet for a while and then in early morning it started all over again. ”

“The property itself is nice. They were redoing the parking lot when we were there. The breakfast always has plenty of options for kids and adults. This was our 2nd year at this property and the staff was not as friendly as the first year. When asking for more towels because we were only given 2 for a family of 4, it seemed like we were bothering them and it had to be approved to give us more towels. The bathroom in our room did not have full Shower Gel, Shampoo, or Conditioner and it never got……
