“Excellent location. Nice units with everything one may need. The garbage disposal was not working and it took 10 minutes for someone really effective ( Gilberto) to get to the room and fix it. Excellent!”

“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這”

“I will be coming back every year! The room was very clean and spacious. No issues with the room at all! Last year the floor hallways and trash were cleaned up AM sharp. And the solution that was used on the floors smelled so good! Didn’t smell like they were using the same cleaning products this year and a little on the late side of the afternoon for the trash pickups by the elevator. Please go back to the same cleaning products for your floors and maybe add one more person to help with the……

“Pool was a nice amenity, housekeeping was so helpful and kind!”

“We stayed here for 5 nights and it couldn’t have been more convenient to Colonial Williamsburg (walking distance). It’s very family friendly with the pool and splash pad open until 10pm, laundry facilities, free continental breakfast and free parking. We stayed in a king suite which was an enormous and comfortable room with a separate living room with sofa bed, two TVs, divided by a kitchenette area with a microwave and a refrigerator. It was only 9 minutes to Busch Gardens and we would stay……

“Enjoyed having a large hotel room that was similar to a small apartment. A/C worked VERY well! Cleaner than many hotels, especially for the affordable price. Staff was friendly and efficient. ”
