“Good position”

“Spent an hour at check in because I was turned away for not having the email needed for the parking pass. I search and searched. Waited in line a second time to tell them I couldn’t find any email and that I had exhausted all means to find it. Was then informed that apparently the email was never sent.”

“False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend”

“No me quedé ahí porque yo renté. ¿Se supone el hotel que muestras cuando estaba ahí me dieron otro apestaba? Las sábanas eran blancas, pero no eran blancas eran gris de sucias rompidas. Nos fuimos de ahí a mi esposo. Ojalá me regresen mi dinero”

“Rooms are outdated, our room had a rusty lamp. Parking is horrible. Pool looked okay. The distance to the beach is perfect. Kind of loud at night it’s on a very busy road.”

“The beach view was excellent. The building itself seems to be falling apart with visible cracks every where. A coin toss if the elevators are working when you need them. The cleaning staff was polite and helpful. The front desk people were rude and lazy at check in. As I was accused of canceling my reservation and not having one when I tried to check in. I was then asked to make a new one and pay for it again when I showed my confirmation number through Expedia they were then blamed for the……
