「It well located in Belgrade. You can safely walk anywhere.」

「Reception services are outstanding. They help and even protect us from some taxi threat. One outside taxi driver cheat me ten times of the fees and did not let me go, but the reception persons go to help and save me after my wife ask help. Excellent services and attitude that I have never seen before in another hotels even I go travelling nine times a year!!」

「This hotel dates back to the Soviet era but has been refurbished and is right in the heart of downtown Belgrade. There's a really nice grocery store just around the corner — and the hotel is near the first McDonald's in the communist world. The included breakfast is really good and staff is super friendly.」

「I loved my stay. Every member of staff I met was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The room was beautifully decorated with lovely Rituals toiletries and a hair dryer that actually does the job (not the usual whisper of cool air you get with most hotel hair driers). Very nice breakfast too with a good selection. The location was ideal for easy access to the city centre and in a nice square with cafes, but still quiet. There is also a supermarket so perfect if you need to pick up something....

「Staff was superb and extremely friendly. The hotel is in an older building’s 2nd floor, so beef up your muscle and carry your suitcase. My receptionist saw my elderly parents and helped with the heavy lifting. He is great. 」
