「Service is very nice and location is very prefect as near by retail park, that’s easy to get in the restaurants. Room is clean and the size is big but dust was found on the bed.」

「I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest. I was forced out in a foreign country with no help and my luggage still inside. Avoid this hotel at all costs. 入住後我全身都是咬痕，有照片為證。飯店現場把床墊保潔墊拖走，事後卻完全否認並把責任推給旅客。 在異國我被迫無處可去、行李還留在房間，他們一句話都不負責。請一定避開這家飯店。 」

「Very clean and well proportioned room. Only issue was shower not draining properly, staff were aware and plumber is due to fix. Disappointed the EV Charger was not operational 😕. Excellent staff, ample parking and great bar. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. Would recommend if you are looking for accommodations in the area」
