"The roadways to enter the hotel from the front and the back were run down. Once you get into the parking lot, though, it's fine. The hotel was well updated and we were greeted by a very nice front desk employee, as well as freshly popped popcorn with lots of flavor powders! On our way to our room, we were surprised by an elevator that must be half the size of a normal one. That was odd but it worked fine during our stay. Our room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was in good condition. Breakfast was good and there were lots of options. Overall, very happy with our stay and wish we could have been there longer."
"I have stayed at your property a couple of times while my daughter attended UMD. You provide a comfortable, clean room, really comfortable beds and pillows, and reasonable parking. My only "complaint" was trying to find an ice machine. I had perishable food with me and hoped to get ice (I was told you had a refrigerator that I could use, then when I checked in was told it wasn't available because a guest had their insulin in it. How small of a refrigerator do you have?) The one on my floor didn't work (5th floor) I went down one floor, still no luck. It was late and I was tired, I didn't feel like trying every floor. When I checked out the next day I asked the staff and was then able to get some ice. It would help if when checking in guests were told which ice machines were working. Also, I was there with my daughter. As a woman, I'm not going to walk all over looking for an ice machine. Sorry, that's very unsafe for a woman."
