“Fantastic stay! Walkable to the Wharf, ballpark, and National Mall. Plenty of room for 4 adults to sleep and hang out. Property was very clean and comfortable. The parking spot was a great bonus. Hosts answered all our questions in a timely manner and were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here! ”

“The location was perfect. Parking very accessible (within 1 block). The accommodations perfectly matched what was in the pictures. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the basic amenities (pots, pans, mugs glasses, utensils, coffee, tea, sweeteners, paper towels, etc.). Nice washer and dryer in the home. 3BR and 3 Baths and great living space with a variety of games to play. It was perfect for my family. Everyone had a spot and we all could gather together too! ”

“We had a wonderful stay here. The carriage house is absolutely charming and opens onto a back garden that feels like a secret sanctuary. Everything was clean and comfortable, exactly as described. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to all the sites around the Capitol, and the neighborhood felt very safe, so returning by foot in the evening (with a child) was not a concern. Having a dedicated parking space meant we did not have to worry about moving the car and instead could relax and……

“The host and his wife were very welcoming, knowledgeable about local history, and informative of the best ways to “get around”, things to do and restaurants to try! The space was ideal for one person (the lounging/love seat area is really the only space not made for 2 people). The hosts thought of so many small touches that made the stay even better (cold drinks, snacks, menus, metro card, maps, etc). I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.”

“We found the apartment to be superficially clean, but poorly maintained with stained/damaged flooring and walls, aging furniture inappropriate for the size of the rooms and a poorly provisioned kitchen lacking even dishtowels. There was neither a cleaning service there nor were cleaning supplies provided. The washing machine was clearly moldy (with a strong smell); upon inspection we found that the door seal on washing machine is black and the floor of the washing machine was slimy. The dryer……
