And of course location on busy Kam beach strip with huge selection of stores and food. Very decent pricing.Super communication with most accommodating owners. “We were at Kamaole Sands for eight nights nine days in 7/2025. This is a beautiful unit with amazing views of the beach and mountains. It’s literally a 3 minute walk across the street or you could drive and park for free. We absolutely loved our stay. This unit had everything you could ever need for a week. We especially appreciated the high-quality beach chairs, umbrella and towels that were provided. Everything was very clean and immaculate. There was a small issue when we first checked……
