「There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! 」

「Great customer service, always responded promptly if not immediately. Clean with everything needed for stay. The one small issue was that only one key card was provided so partner had to be let on the elevator/in pool if we were not always together. We did not ask, or request a second card so no fault of the host. Just be aware to indicate you need a second card. 」

「Our room was not ready at the check in time. The cleanliness was sub par at best. Light over shower was out and very dim in the bathroom. No wash clothes. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. I would not stay in this unit again. We were traveling with friends who had a super nice condo and we paid about the same price. 」

「My third time staying at Aston Waikiki Sunset. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The staff were friendly and helpful in resolving any issues you asked. Room is clean, equipped with a full kitchen and has the balcony. Each floor has coin-operated washer/dryer. You can purchase parking tickets at the machine in the lobby for $35 per day. The hotel facilities and room furniture are somewhat outdated. Anyway, it's a good choice when you're on vacation in Honolulu.」
