“My husband and I stayed here for one night and overall had a very pleasant experience. Our room was beautiful, clean, and full of character, and we especially appreciated how dog-friendly the property was. The grounds and exterior of the inn were absolutely idyllic and felt like something out of a painting.
The only area that could be improved was the welcome and communication from staff. While we were shown to our room at check-in, we weren't given some basic information such as breakfast……

“Stayed for one night, which happened to be the hottest night of the year. Not the hotels fault, but the window in the room would not open. Hotel did supply fans but made little difference. Major issue was after a night in a 30 degree room there was no water for a shower, or the toilet. Spoke to manager who was stressed but apologetic who said the mains were off due to an issue which he hoped would be fixed at some point…. We left quickly to find somewhere to shower and was asked at reception if……
