“Property was nice and room ok. Shower was a powerful but temperature kept varying. Bar food and drinks were nice but disappointing that on Expedia (who we booked through) it said pets stay free but on arrival charges were applied for the dog which is why I’ve given a lower rating. Did mention to the member of staff who checked us in but nothing was done about this and Expedia still shows as pets stay free ”

“Everything was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were gorgeous. The food was great. But I cannot say anything better about that staff. They were absolutely lovely.”

“When we arrived we were not even sure if it was the right place- just looked an out the back pub, which is what it turned out to be. We paid and were shown to our room (16). Very compact, there was mould on the bathroom ceiling and a very frosted window. No wardrobe and very little storage space. The TV didn't work while we were there. A knock at the door, out card hasn't been accepted, yet I had a receipt. On checking, it has been accepted! To get to the room, there is a narrow corridor.”

“The Woden Boutique Inn is a gem. Relatively easy to drive to with a private car park. The virtual check-in worked well. Entering one finds a lovely and very clean space. The ambience is quiet and is situated near a park. The Woden is not far from M&S Food and Morrisons. Within a mile there are eating establishments. Rooms are furnished with a kettle, small refrigerator and microwave. Plates, cups and cutlery are available. The room had an en suite bathroom with a strong hot shower. The bed was……

“Clean and staff super friendly. We booked a room which didn’t go through but staff managed to find us a room thankfully. It’s cheap and cheerful which is what I paid for. No complaints ”

“Absolutely seamless from booking to leaving. Great communication from manager Jay. Be aware that there is only 2 parking spaces on the front of the property, but on street parking is available. Room and kitchen were clean and tidy. Great place to stay would thoroughly recommend. The Alma Inn public house is a 7 minute drive away, it has an Indian restaurant attached to the pub, highly recommend the food, great selection and choice.”

“Amazing place! Hosts were amazing they couldn’t do enough for us, 100% be staying again, hopefully i am working near there in the winter so i can try out the log burner.”
