"Staff are fantastic. Property is a little run down but the grounds are fabulous. Be sure to take your robe from the room to the spa as they don’t give them out. I did have to ask for my room to be serviced and they didn’t replace the shower gel in the bathroom."

"Love the location. Staff that I met were v friendly. The food was excellent and well worth the stay. The room was comfortable and pleased to see coffee bags rather than the disgusting tubes of Nescafe which most hotels do. There were a couple pf things which werent so good but it wouldnt stop me staying again. In the evening the water took a while to warm up which was ok however in the morning it didnt at all. I had a wet shave waiting for it to heat up so shave was in cold water and shower was...
