“Great hotel, location is perfect and super short walk from the beach.”

“This was not our first choice of hotel. My other reservation was cancelled and Expedia found alternative hotel for our stay. This hotel is more kid friendly and not adult friendly hotel which we booked originally. Kids did not play in the kid pool they were at all pools and all over hotel property unsupervised. Loud and not mindful of other guests jumping in and out of the lazy river so we could not enjoy it. Half of the showers to wash away sand were not working. Table in our room and table on……

“It was a beautiful beach view with easy access to the beach, however the rooms were older and mold around the bathroom floors, the air conditioning would leak, and the seal around the actual room door wasn’t well and you could see daylight all around the door”

“This hotel was fantastic. We had a balcony suite with 4 adults and it fit comfortably. Beach and pool access was easy on the property. This hotel is centrally located. Staff was very helpful.”

“This place is extremely outdated, and they don’t tell you that they charge 15 a day for parking until you arrive. Also you have to park across the street when you do find a place to park. There was Cockroaches in our room,mice in the cabinet, and the sheets had not been. Hanged from the previous guest. We had to leave early and was promised a refund a week and a half later we are still being told it’s processing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!”

“My family has stayed at this property for over 30 years. The last 3 years it has changed owners, multiple managers and generally gone downhill. When we complained the manager on duty assured us they were working on the problems. Funny they don't ever get the bad things fixed!. Will call front desk ahead of next trip to ask if problems are corrected, not assume website is correct.”
