“I absolutely love it here!!!! I come for Mother’s Day, I did get upset because they couldn’t find me a frying pan, so I had to go purchase one on Mothers Day!!!!! I still give it 5 stars!!!! If management is reading this get some extra pots and pans for anyone that pays for the kitchen it should be there….. Pier Park is close and so was Walmart since the Winn Dixie closed and that was right across the street, front desk told me it’s turning into an Aldi’s so that’s cool!!!! The pool is 24 hrs……

“Fresh but expensive, as was the dinner menu. Carrie is an excellent rep for your property and help for customers. The coffee pot in the room was unsatisfactory…coffee was not good quality. I was disappointed to be charged $5 daily for parking with no reasonable alternative available. No member perk received at checkin. ”

“Wonderful facility and staff. I took a 1/2 point off for the room not really as updated as they are represented on line. They were fine it was just a disappointment. I took another 1/2 point off for the Tiki bar singer. She was very energetic and enthusiastic. Unfortunately her vocals and her music she performed were lacking in quality and entertainment, ”

“The view n balcony were superb as were the queen beds. The A/C worked well. As for the negative I paid thru you then they charged me again at ck in. Have to wait 5-10 days for reimbursement after ck out. There were bugs in the room n I had to buy a broom to keep floors swept from sand, we only tracked in with r tennis shoe. There was no soap, it’s good I brought my own.”

“The property was amazing just wish were told about not having access to a hot tub because of certain properties we rented. We booked that hotel for the pools and hot tubs and didn’t get to step foot in one hot tub for that price we should have. But the property was beautiful and in a great location.”
