“We loved our stay at Debra’s place . It was super clean and beautifully put together. It had everything we needed. Great bed and shower. The outdoor space was great and the sunrises in the morning were beautiful.”

“Very nice stay, would have been helpful to outline check out procedures in an email and how to work heating\air-conditioning. Struggled with an uncomfortable night of sleep the first night because couldn’t balance the heat. Everything was very clean and hostess was very responsive to questions. Located near an amazing Italian restaurant. Would recommend and stay again.”

“First time in Vrbo and the place was great. Yogi follow up to ensure a smooth check in. Also, he was very accesible. Place was spacious with lots of offerings and, best of all near everything. I will be definitively coming back.”

“Great property and great location. Very clean and hosts are amazing!”

“Great experience staying in this perfect little apartment right in the heart of Cooperstown. Perfect communication, clean, full kitchen with everything you need. We even locked ourselves out and Angie responded within 2 minutes. I would absolutely stay here again. The only critique we had was that it got really bright in the morning very early. Bring an eye mask unless you're an early riser. We'll be back. Thank you Angie!”

“This place was great! So pretty, and clean. Great location. Will definitely book again if we need a place to stay at in Utica.”

“Came from Ohio to visit my mom. Booked this gem of a place! Just what I needed. Super clean, quiet, comfortable and very nicely stocked with everything needed, and then some! (the basket under the sink filled with essentials in case one forgot something was impressive) A plus for our host Chris, very prompt responses to any questions we had. I visit 2 -3 times a year and will definitely book again. The area is close to the mall and several restaurants. Great neighborhood.”

“Our stay was great and would definitely stay here again”

“This was a good place to stay while my son was at a tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The room was just as shown on the pictures, and the AC kept the room at a comfortable temperature.”

“Good accommodations for Cooperstown Dreams.”

“This was the perfect brand new beautifully decorated comfortable place for us to stay for our weekend getaway in Cooperstown. Communication was great. It was spotless and extremely comfy.”
