“Nice location , price and ambiance BUT I had three simple questions when I checked in. The receptionist knew the answer to none of them ( had to check ) : would there be coffee in the morning ? Answer No, not til the restaurant opened at 830 am !!!( Old COFFEE Inn ?!? ). Was the restaurant still open ( closing at 8pm ...didn't know what they were serving ). Would the 8pm World Cup match be shown ? ( Mind you there was a sign out front advertising it ). NO, they only put the TV on for England……

“We had a really lovely stay at the hotel last night and overall were very impressed. The hotel was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and everything was clean and well presented. Our only disappointment was the spa facilities, which unfortunately didn’t live up to our expectations. There was only a steam room, a small pool which was quite busy with children, and two heated sun loungers. We were hoping for a more relaxing spa……

“No air conditioner, a bit noise, and not close to city center. But environment is good, room is over all not bad.”

“Mallory Court is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. Our room in the Orchard Wing was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was lovely to have a breakfast buffet as well as the option of a cooked breakfast. The only part of our stay we were not happy with is that the restaurant only serves either a tasting menu or set a la carte menu both of which are expensive. Lovely for a one off but not for the five nights that we were staying. There is an Asian restaurant but neither of us……

“The grounds and the hotel were absolutely stunning! We were delighted with our bedroom suite. The hotel can boast an interesting history; on the wall in the restaurant is a wooden plaque, with a gilded list of previous head girls from 1937 when the hotel was run as a school. The beautiful stained glass windows on the staircase are evidence of the previous importance of the building. The hotel is well placed for activities in Warwick, and visits to Stratford on Avon, & Royal Leamington Spa. ……

“The bar and restaurant looks modern and well maintained Bedrooms don’t have fridges the breakfast is just basic. Outside looks deserted, the place does not look as the pictures presented. Staff are kind”
