“We stayed for the A&M v Arkansas game. My daughter who is a student at the University of Arkansas said she has never seen so many people in town. Needless to say we paid a premium to stay for the weekend. I thought there was no way this price will be worth it. Yet it was worth every penny. You can’t beat the location and the property is so comfortable. The bed was much better than I could have expected. I can see why the reviews are so good. ”

“I returned to Fayetteville after being away for almost 15 years and visited close friends. This house was absolutely PERFECT for everything we needed! It’s actually larger than it appears online. It was super clean, the neighbors were nice, it had a great, grassy corner lot perfect for pets…and the walkability was just what we were looking for. Close to campus, the square, and Dickson St! I’ll def stay again when I return. ”
