“The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The front staff very rude. My husband was going to ask a question and she give him the side eyes.”

“Upon afternoon arrival, was greeted by sweet young girl (short dark hair) who was extremely friendly & accommodating. Definitely an asset to the resort as were several other service staff members I encountered for assistance. Unfortunately, the same could not be said for the mgr (older woman), who worked morning shift. She lacked professionlism in customer service & came across as being inconvenienced when I asked for assistance regarding rm accommodations. Pitfalls: Not handicap accessible,……

“Everything was very nice but there was room for improvement with breakfast. The poached eggs on toast was very cold and self serve coffee and tea would have been preffed.”

“First time in years that I've stayed here. Used to stay a few times a year. I know they've redone a lot of the rooms but this one definitely was not. Broken bathroom vent and shower knob, beat up old air conditioner. Uncomfortable bed and room wasn't the cleanest. Absolutely not worth the money they charge to stay for a night, aside from it being right on the beach”
