My Stay in the Carriage House
The Carriage House is very comfortable & had everything I needed for my stay. Loved having an extra bathroom & bedroom when my nephew came for a visit. It was also great having a W & D. The location was great, I only used public transportation - the & Metro are within 5 blocks from the house. The house was well supplied with TP, cleaning products, paper towels etc, The owner was extremely responsive to any questions I had before I arrived & during my stay, He needed to have some repairs done in the house & checked with me to make sure that wouldn’t be a problem. He even set the AC remotely for me! The only concern I had was the narrow, step stairs. Kenneth told me to take them slow & use the hand rail. My stay has been fantastic & I would definitely consider staying here again.

Awesome Location; Well-equipped Property
Felt right at home - like a resident. Husband and I were able to work-from-home for a month with spaces for both of us. Kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. Private outdoor space a plus. And the location was amazing - blocks from the Capitol, museums/monuments, and restaurants. A convenient corner market around the corner. Great value; would stay here again.

Great Location
This property was clean, convenient, safe and had plenty of pots/pans/other items for cooking. Wish there were onsite parking, but that's evidently rare in DC! The neighborhood is also great for walking and there are nearby parks to enjoy as well.

Wonderful Neighborhood
Garage Apartment was fully lovely and fully stocked. Appreciated having some basics provided. Location is amazing for sightseeing. Neighborhood looks like a picture in a magazine. Wonderful for walking to local restaurants and grocery.
