🕓 Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee.

No smoking inside the house. You are welcome to smoke what you like and what is legal in DC on the front porch or back deck.
