“You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch.”

“Service needs an overhaul. In room dining needs an overhaul. Staff embodies an attitude where since service charge is included, they do not feel the need to impress. Expected better from a hotel that appears well established on the outside”

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“The highlight of my trip was the staff. From day 1 all of them were exceptional. They anticipated my needs and exceeded my expectations multiple times from the front desk staff interacting with my irritable daughter at check in, the multiple housekeepers that asked if I wanted service and asked if I needed anything for the room…to the pool bar hostess who made my dining experience phenomenal. Definitely an overall 10/10 for me and I will definitely book again!”

“me and my s/o booked here, we was there for a good hour when we went to go turn the shower on the water pressure was REALLY LOW. the sink was clogged and the room/hallway had a stanch to it.”

“The staff was friendly and courteous. Checked in easily and they brought my luggage to the room. I walked down to the restaurant in front of the hotel for a drink and dinner. The hotel had a pool table and bar next to the pool. The room was clean and cool with a fan on and AC. I checked out early to get to the airport by 5am. They charged me $33 for the ride. Online it said there would be a surcharge for a 5 minute ride. Lots of stairs to climb- no elevator.”

“Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. ”

“Loved the location and the quiet and peace. Loved the convenience of small eating places around and the Jitney bus is a cheap and convenient option to go to grocery store and town esp during the day. We felt the rooms are pretty dated and the furniture could use an upgrade. A few more utensils would be nice too but these were minor inconveniences. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We would come back again.”
