“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“This place is disgusting!! We tried to ck in early only to be told our room was being cleaned so we had to wait. So we came back after work to ck in only to find cat litter all over the floor in the bathroom and crushed up chips and God knows what else all over the rest of the floor in the room. There was also a dead band-aid with blood on it stuck to our blanket. At this point we went down to see if we could just get a refund and the lady at the desk said there was nothing she could do bc the……

“Overall great stay. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was done every day and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and well tended to as far as keeping everything filled and fresh. Parking was fine. Two things that could use attention are the staff when checking in/out and the goofy barn style door for the bathroom. First, checking in. Person wasn’t very welcoming. Seemed bothered having to check us in. The lady that was there during the week was very pleasant, but the lady the day we……
