“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“Enjoyed our visit. Hotel was clean, staff was kind and courteous. Would definitely go back!”

“The shower head was tilted almost straight up, with water falling against the far wall, so it coud not touch my body. It was so high that i coud not reach it, to change the tilt. The bed(s) were so close to the wall with the thermostat -- about 8 or 9 inches, and near the pillows of the closest bed. VERY hard to walk to it so I could adjust the temperature of the room!!! I had asked for a room that did NOT face I-94, but ALL the rooms on that side of hotel were taken. Traffic noise was……

“The room was absolutely lovely. The shower was amazing!!! Breakfast was very good and lots of healthy choices!”

“Location was great. It was quiet no outside traffic noise. I liked that you could order from bar area restaurant until 10pm. Really nice gym and pool. Dont like the fact people can see in from the outside. Its on the lower garage level. Breakfast lounge area was very nice, spacious need key card to enter. However needs more attention on lounge clean up. Same mess on the floor for four days. Room was very nice and spacious. But everything is in the details. I believe we just got a lemon of a……

“The bed was very comfortable. I had a pleasant stay”

“First time I stayed at this hotel, the breakfast was great, oferring actual breakfast sandwiches. This time was normal hotel breakfast, which was ok, but the sandwiches were way better. When we came into the hotel to check in, we were greeted with a seriously strong sewage smell. It had dissipated some by the next day, but was still noticeable. This was only in the hotel lobby area.”
