"I guess after Labor Day they close the lounge and steakhouse. I was looking forward to the steakhouse. Very cool place, lots of history. Make sure to ask employees about it being haunted, fun to listen to! Unfortunately the only elevator was out for the weekend, hopefully they get that fixed soon. We’re looking forward to coming back when it’s not off season and enjoy the steakhouse and golfing."

"The lake was perfect, they have a dock for you to use and chairs to sit by the water. I will agree with other reviewers -- the photos really do not do the place justice. It is much much nicer than the photos may imply. My family and I enjoyed ourselves immensely! We spent a lot of time outside, in and out of the water, and cooking for a large group (we had 14!) was easy with the kitchen and dinning room set up. I will make a comment that there is actually two houses who have the same house # on them, and apple maps brings you to the right location while google maps does not.Location wise, you are 15 minutes from a PigglyWiggly grocery store, which will have most of anything you might need, and the house is well stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, and cooking utensils--which really made cooking very easy!The firepit outside was great, and we all collected around it at night. Plenty of seating provided, and we very much enjoyed how cozy the finishing touches on it were. Lastly, the televisions all had Roku's on them, so being able to watch the Badgers vs Notre Dame game at Lambeau was no problem as well. We had no issues with the Wifi, everyone connected just fine and speed was adequate for all streaming we wanted to do. Thank you to the host, we are planning on booking again!"

"Perfect cabin in the woods for our family of 7, which includes young adults, teens and elementary aged children. Fire pit was perfect for evening campfires. Beautiful riverfront property with trails. Lots of rooms with enough beds for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Lots of great options for games and the kids played a lot of ping pong too! We needed another two days here to enjoy it all. Loved the layout with the master bedroom/bath/screen porch and then kid along with downstairs hangout room for our older kids."
