"Was overnight for a quick overnight sleep and very early departure. Filled the bill in a very adequate way."

"We did get in late so the staff was away from the desk for the night we had to call in from outside because the doors were locked. It took a little while for someone to get there, but once there the process was decent. The room was what is typical for the price I suppose, but the blinds would not close all the way. The bathrooms were awful and could use some much needed work. The tub was so old it had unsightly rust spots that upon first look I thought it was blood, but it wasn’t. The toilet also did not flush, but we didn’t have a phone in the room to call down to advise. For a few extra bucks I would choose a different place and not try to save money."

"The room was fabulous, the view of the stadium just offered such an amazing view. Spotless, excellent accommodation, however, the hotel experience provided by the entire team, from the valet team, to the front desk, particularly, Mr. Lord, absolutely impeccable, so professional yet so gracious and kind it’s what gave this hotel experience a true 5 star feel. We have been very fortunate to have stayed at many 5 star hotels at many major cities and can confirm that our stay at the Omni Hotel has been by far our most enjoyable experience. We humbly and gratefully thank you all!!!! Will be back:)"

"Received incorrect room. Hair was all over the bathroom. Beds were said to be queen size but we were very uncomfortable and our feet dangled off the bed. We are average size people. Refrigerator barely cooled our left over take out. You have to pay $10 a night to park. The staff tried their best to accommodate us. They were nice. However, pretty Disappointed and will not be returning. "

"Breakfast had no protein options at all. Pet fee was excessively expensive. After booking a nonrefundable room we received an email notifying us that they recently started charging for parking so that added on to the trip cost. The price for 1 night stay was way more than the property warranted. "
