"It was spacious and nice having extra room in the bedrooms for suitcases or even a pack n play. It has good storage. However, it seemed as if the cleaning was from the previous renters and someone just came in for linen changes. It desperately needs a deep clean, and some quick fixes to some areas. We could not keep our feet from being completely black just from minimum walking around the condo. There was a q-tip laying on the floor, crumbs all over the kitchen, I found a retainer under a night...

"Me and 5 other ladies stayed here for our annual YaYa’s trip. This quant condo worked well for our purposes. Lake Michigan is a short walk and the neighborhood is a well established Inland lake community as well so lots of beautiful houses to admire in the surrounding area. In our group we have one person that’s kinda picky on beds. She did not find a bed to her liking but the rest of us thought the beds were sufficient. Nothing is as comfy as home right? "Property was as advertised, and we knew it was a smaller unit. Great location and walking distance to all of the downtown areas! Had a wonderful time and loved the area. Biggest complaint was the elevator noise was loud inside the unit!"

"We have stayed in this unit twice now for our annual New Year’s trip. It’s an easy drive to Caberfae Peaks for skiing and snowboarding. The unit is clean and comfortable for our family of four. This year our daughter forgot some things that she had set aside for the the ride home. We were contacted immediately. The person cleaning the unit was pleasant and incredibly helpful. "We stayed a couple of nights over Easter and it was a nice, relaxing getaway. It wasn’t busy even though it was spring break. The indoor pool was great. Plenty of room in the condo for all four of us. Had all the essentials in the kitchen to cook an Easter dinner. Did an egg hunt in front of the condo for the kids. Condo was truly a home away from home!"

"The property was just as described online. The chalet was just a short walk across the street to Kinlochen and the Buck lift. It was clean and the heat worked great for us. The only suggestions I would make for the management company is to get updated pans to cook with that don't stick, and a new keypad for the main entry door. Having to punch in 10 numbers just to get inside was a bit much. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!!"
