“The apartment location is great. The beach is really not far and there is a grocery and dollar store just beside. It is on a busy street but that was not a problem. We enjoyed the apartment, it was nice and clean. The host was very responsive and professional. We did face a few annoyances though. The main one was the lack of room and chairs at the dining table. Also, the smoke detectors are really sensible and loud. It made me fear cooking anything or even using the toaster. The last thing is……

“We arrived late to a nonfunctional lock on the door and couldn’t enter the property. It took about 45 minutes to be let in. The lock was replaced during our stay. There was constant communication over the next couple days to address the expired parking passes, blown circuits in the basement and kitchen, lack of blankets, dryer with no heat, the unusable jacuzzi bathtub that squirts up the wall, and water leaking out from under a locked basement door. They were able to address the important……

“The unit wasn't on the 27th floor and the inconvenience of the check-in was an unusual experience. Otherwise, our stay was pleasurable. The unit was clean and presentable. ”

“The view is everything they said it would be and the communication with check in was easy (just call the host because there’s complications with the lock box and obtaining the key) If you’re planning on cooking or using the facility- bring dishwashing liquid (there was none) and everything you may need seasoning wise, large knives. There are about 3 small pans, no toaster or oven etc There was one small soap in the bathroom and though the space appeared clean having to bring my own……

“Great load/unload option ( 15 min parking outside building) for check in & out. Lovely breeze thru open windows in condo with view to beach and bay. Distance to beach/boards was great. Option for elevator or stairs. Happy with access ( keyless), new to us cleaning fee - still competitive pricing for rental. Nice chance to experience The Hanscom Condos with custom interior paintings! Great host and property experience.”
