"We stayed at the house for a 70th birthday party. All girls The house was clean/organized and in a great location Only problems we noted for management company: the back bedroom (not the master) door lock mechanism does not lock at all-either the mechanism is broken or the door has shifted so lock does not line up The back door from the garage to house malfunctioned -we have no idea why-it just started beeping off and we were unable to use that door. Maybe batteries are dead Everything else...

The location is so walkable to downtown and we really enjoyed our time. We knew it would be a bit noisy in the front bedroom because of the description so we brought earplugs!"

"Great location for our family, my husband is originally from Carpinteria so we enjoyed the proximity to Carp and Santa Barbara. Loved that we were able to enjoy morning and evening walks to the beach. Our first time visiting Las Conchitas and kids loved it. Lots of space for family to enjoy board games in the evening, was able to enjoy hot tea on the balcony with cool ocean breeze and overall I was very pleased at how well stocked kitchen was.
