「Newly renovated room very nice」

「This was a great, cheap option to spend one night. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer than that as the walls are extremely thin so I could hear everything the other guests were doing/saying. But for a cheap, clean place to sleep it was great. The staff were excellent and very friendly.」

「It was a great locations near Northern Arizona University. The room was well furnished, fairly large, and clean. The "happy hour" 5:30 was very nice and very appreciated. The bites were very nice and tasty as were the beverages. All staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was well presented. The only disappointment was that the steam table items were not hot enough. The outside grounds were quite nice.」

「Everything else was fine. However, the static electricity from the quilt was so severe that it was almost impossible to sleep through the night. We are not sure whether this was caused by the material or another issue. The next morning, I asked friends who stayed in other rooms, and they reported the same problem. Almost all of us had difficulty sleeping, largely due to the static electricity from the bedding.」

「The interior is a bit outdated. The wall in the shower was broken where the fixture was. The toilet was a much older one, that flushed slowly. Everything else was decent, but I think the room rates need to be reduced based on how old everything is inside. My room did not look as updated as the pictures online」

「We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, room was clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and a good size room. I thought the pools were a bit underwhelming, water was colder than anticipated and they didn’t play any music. Really don’t like vacation clubs and “welcome packages”. When you’re being bugged to buy timeshares after a long day of traveling , you don’t feel like you’re on vacation. Staff was really nice about it and just doing their jobs as well as they...
