“Absolutely fantastic stay. West Plean is a beautiful property in a lovely rural location but only 10 minutes from Stirling City Centre. Our room was lovely, the bed was super comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the room, which was replenished each day. There was a lovely big lounge where we could sit and relax of an evening. The breakfasts were superb - lots of choice. Beautifully prepared and presented, and very tasty. “Decent accommodations for a night or two. Unfortunately we never met our host, but she was very accommodating of our slightly irregular schedule. No in room control of the temperature. Very limited toiletries and could not locate a hair dryer. Best to bring your own shampoo etc. Location is very handy for public transportation, and blessedly a bit away from the hubbub of old town.
