"We had a great weekend in Ephrata and enjoyed our time spent in this lovely 2 bedroom space. It was very close to town and the rail trail. Nearby to restaurants and an art center. "This was a great little room for a one night stay for our anniversary! We had issues with the keypad when trying to unlock the door and owner never responded to messages I sent which was odd since we had been communicating prior to check in. Luckily the keypad reset and after 20 minutes we were able to get in. The room was very clean and cozy. I was surprised there was no coffee as there was sugar and creamer and a Keurig in the room. Overall it was a pleasant experience!"

"My husband, son and I had to stay in Reading area for state wrestling tournament for the weekend and wanted something more comfortable than a hotel. This home was so relaxing after the long days at the tournament. You could hear the water from the creek running while relaxing in the living room. The home had all the amenities needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was seamless. We would love to stay again if we are in the area."

"Great Place! We were in the area for Drum Corp in Allentown about 40 minutes away. I prefer to be in a small town vs. a city and this place was perfect. The place was clean and well taken care of. Had family from Pittsburgh join us and they enjoyed their stay also. The open kitchen- living space is perfect for hanging out and visiting."

"Only stayed 1 night, we had a 1 room suite. Check in was smooth, room was clean. Odd thing was the ac unit was in the living room with a fan built into the wall to blow cold air into the bedroom. Doesn't work that well. The living room was freezing just to keep it ok in the bedroom. Also, the couch was a pullout but there were no linens or pillows in the room for it, had to ask front desk for extras. The pub next door was amazing. "
