"I specifically booked this hotel because they were advertising that they had guest laundry, an onsite restaurant and an onsite store. They were by no means the cheapest hotel in the area but I was willing to pay extra for these features. Except when I arrived, they informed me that due to construction, none of these things actually existed. I was also informed that during the day, there would be only 1 elevator for guests for 28 floors. I understand that renovations are necessary but the honest and ethical thing to do is to inform guests of the current situation and allow them to decide for themselves if it works for them. Instead I got false advertising and the bait and switch with no offer for any remedy. I will likely never stay at a hilton again. "
