「it is very noisy at night！Some people kept singing until 2 pm and I can hear other people opened their door and chatted in their rooms」

「The hotel was very nice but I did have an issue with hotels.com. It says the indoor pool was open every day until 9 PM and when we got there they only had it on the weekends and we got there on a Sunday and it was closed at noon and our check. It was at three. They were super nice and accommodated several families that were purposely there for the pool, and they opened it for us on our stay. 」

「Excellent except the pillows were ROCK HARD and almost unbearable...As business travelers and traveling more than 1 night at a time holding $100.00 for damage fee fee EXTREMELY EXCESSIVE as sometimes the banks don't get it removed right away and that adds up on our credits over time and depleats our credit availability.」
