10/10 Excellent

"Clean appearance from lobby to room. Well maintained. Valet Parking was welcome. If you try to park in the garage it's a lot greater pain in the butt. Overall it's a very nice place to stay."

"Nice hotel in great location. Would recommend. A lot of kids were running about the pool areas so not so great for peace and quiet. Infinity pool area was very noisy with loud music (AC/DC) being played and adults drinking alcohol in the pool. On arrival we were supposed to get some sort of welcome gift but staff at reception knew nothing about it when asked and were not too helpful about it so I gave up on it. At night swarms of bugs from the water drove people from outside seating to inside or to leave."

"The room was quite clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and the breakfast had more options than I thought it would for being included. Bed was not very comfortable, a bit too firm for my liking, and the flashing smoke detector/alarm every 10-20 seconds was very irritating while trying to sleep, but not dealbreakers to staying here again. Overall a 4/5"

"Overall, a good experience. The property and room was clean and had two good nights rest. Pool was nice and indoors, and convenient in house restaurant/bar. Very accessible location to the Parkway. Enjoyed that ground level rooms also had direct access out to parking lot. On the downside, while pet friendly, there was an additional nightly fee that was not part of the listing. When other guests spoke in the hallway, it was also a bit distracting. Also, check in took two hours and the reasons provided changed: initially that we brought a pet and that the specific room wasn't ready, then that they tried a different room, but the system wouldn't allow the change. Ultimately, the manager on duty did see how long we had waited and quickly resolved the matter. Lastly, some of the fixtures in the room appear older/rusted. While they didn't affect function at all, it did give a bit of a run-down feel. But for the price and location, even with the additional fees, and with the short notice on booking (we booked just a few hours before arriving) we were satisfied."
