“This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this……

“The condo more than delivered! Generous space included 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on opposite sides of the condo so when our family visited (with our two young granddaughters) everyone had comfort and privacy. The great room with living, dining and kitchen leads to the large outdoor deck and a grand view of the Santa Monica beach and the Pacific. Stunning sunsets just outdoors! And 2 perfect playgrounds steps away. A five minute drive to shops and restaurants on Montana Ave. We walked……

“This condo is very nice, in a safe area, quiet, and well stocked with kitchen items and linens. It also has a dedicated covered parking space. The owners are very responsive to any questions you may have. It is a very short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this condo.”

“Our stay was delightful. The location of the unit was perfect for relaxing on the patio facing the ocean across the road and park. The unit was well equipped and we used the bbq on the patio several times. We were completely satisfied with this VRBO. Unfortunately our stay ended prematurely due to the fact that we learned that our home in Tucson was struck by lightning and burned to the ground. We look forward to staying again, maybe next year but without the added excitement at home.”

“This home was wonderful. The view was of waves, birds, sand and dolphins. The street was quiet. Good location as it was near beaches and canyons. Close to Venice and Santa Monica as well as The Valley. Space was open and light. Easy to talk to host about anything.”

“Great location to grocery stores and restaurants .. nice to be off of the PCH.. less noise Loved being able to walk on the beach right from our front door Unit was clean and bed was very comfortable .. sheets and towels were lovely Needed to place a few magazines under the bed frame to keep it level but then worked fine A minor recommendation would be to stock with Saran Wrap and aluminum foil for guests Lots of dish towels but couldn’t find a dish cloth There is construction right adjacent……

“My family and I spent five nights at this property. We were going to stay closer to Santa Monica, but when we saw this place, and it being beach front, we couldn't pass it up. Place is as advertised. Very clean, updated and spacious. Close to anything you need, restaurants, bar, grocery, pharmacy etc. Kitchen and bathroom VERY well stocked with all the little things you don't (or forget to) bring. Host was incredibly responsive to any questions and made checking-in and out very easy.”

“My wife and I had a great time staying for one month, using Port Hueneme as our base of operations for tons of activities in the Ventura County area. The property was great, and the apartment complex had ease of access to many walking routes. Everything was clean and check-in/check-out was a breeze.”

“This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit.”

“I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.”
