“Das Zimmer war super! Alles sauber, tolle Lage und freundliches Personal! Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden, allerdings informierte man uns vor der Ankunft leider nicht darüber, dass die Zufahrt zum Parkhaus aufgrund des Weihnachtsmarktes gesperrt war. Wir mussten leider in einem anderen Parkhaus parken.”

Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.”

“服务不错，交通便利，离4号电车站很近，到市中心只需十分钟。中午的商务套餐性价比高、份量足、含饭后coffee 但不含酒水饮料，也不强制给力小费。晚餐菜式选择不多。洗手间设施总体不错但沐浴质量一般。楼下bar 一直有小甜品卖。”
