「This place doesnt give you an opportunity to cancel even if its within 5minutes of accidentally booking it. Also ONCE your forced to go to the area its so intimidating and terrifying, wouldnt suggest it unless you want to be walking on egg shells with all the gang members out front of the resorts holding what seems like a knife trying to extort you. Book elsewhere and save your money.」

「Did not utilize parking. Staff in reception area and morning breakfast were very friendly. Bar staff were hit or miss in terms of friendliness. Wifi was great. Cruise ship visitors were annoying. 」

「We were only there for 2 nights but had a great stay in a Sea View Suite which is a standalone bungalow barely second row back and 3 seconds from the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable, bedding was top notch. We even spotted a monkey lala lizard outside, he looked like a little dinosaur. Highly recommend this property, and the restaurant is fantastic.」

「The people of Roatan were so customer service focused but NOT the Blue Roatan. We booked an oceanview room for 19 days and due to renovations, the hotel changed us to a jungle condo up the hill but we would get a "private pool"(until a few days later when someone else moved in as well).
