“The owner, Mr. Henry, and Lucky the cat, provided us with the best hotel/motel experience ever (regardless of stars). The pool, whirlpools and saunas were spotless - 5 stars. We stayed 3 nights - and there was not a minute that the owner and staff was not fully prepared to accommodate every request. Mr. Henry and his outfit are a pearl among pearls. We traveled from Sacramento for this experience, and Relax exceeded all our expectations. Mr. Henry - the best host EVER. Daniel D. Richer.”

“I'm connected to another apartment. The blinds in my child's room don't block the light well. The balcony light of the neighboring house is very bright and the light shines in, making it impossible for my child to fall asleep.”

“The location is good. We entered Joshua tree state park from south entrance and out gate of west entrance in the afternoon. We checked in the hotel and took a shower. We grab some food and entered the park again for sunset and night sky. ”

“The room is smelling. There is no room service during our 2 nights. We have to go to the front desk and ask for the trash bag. We need to clean the trash bin by ourself. We have to change our towel througt the front desk and there is a long way from the pool/room to the front desk. Also we are worry about the safety. The park space in the back is dark and smelling. There was someone yelling and knock our neighboor room door in the early morning which made us scared. However, the pool is……

“Staff were very friendly and available. Cute property. Loved that we had a guitar in our room to play along with board games. I personally love that it had no TV, but that is something to be aware of. The bathroom was a bit dark, so it was difficult to see enough to shave or put in make-up, and I could t really tell if it was clean because of that. We had a nice time staying at Pioneertown Motel!”

“This room was petty expensive, over $100 and i was excited because they had recently remodeled. However, my room must've gotten all the old stuff from the new rooms. The bed was sagging and made very sloppy. The furniture had burns in it and was outdated. The ac unit was old as well. The security lock was gone and replaced with something old as well and the patch job was horrible. The worst was the repair to the door to block the 2 inch gap. They had scrap wood held together with duct tape and……

“The hotel is dated. The carpet in some areas were torn. Check I’m staff were awesome. However the breakfast food staff were not as friendly or helpful. I tried to buy a coffee and ai was told they weren’t sure if I could have coffee if I didn’t buy the buffet. ”
