"First, this listing should warning saying that you must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get to it. I am an experienced off road Jeeper. But I was driving my fathers new Buick Enclave. Thankfully it had all wheel drive. The road the road to the cabin is very narrow and steep. There are two ways to get there. On one path I got stuck 3 times and slid backwards with tires skidding. The other path is barely better. If it was raining there is no way I could have gotten that Buick up the mountain. Even...

"What a wonderful retreat! This home sat high on a hill and had lovely views in all directions. It was convenient to Cherokee and Waynesville, easy to get to along a beautiful winding road, secluded from neighbors, and super comfortable. Our host, Debbie, was a pleasure to work with. A perfect long weekend for my husband and I, plus my mother and chihuahua (Percy). On our list for a return visit!"
