「Hi! This is likely more an Expedia glitch but I was expecting a room that sleeps 4 as advertised on the Expedia site but it was only a king and a couch that was not a hide-a-bed so it really only slept 3 somewhat comfortably. This was not ideal for our family of 4. I asked for a different room but they were booked so we had to make it work. Additionally, the AC turned off in the middle of the night and we could not get it back on so it became pretty warm.」

「The hotel is within walking distance from CTA Blue Line UIC-Halsted station, which is incredibly convenient for travelers with heavy luggage since the station is equipped with an elevator. Plus, our room has a balcony where you can enjoy a romantic and stunning night view of the city skyline."」

「I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.」
