「I have been in a vehicle accident early April 3024 and having paid for my stay much earlier on 1st March 2024, I called last week to confirm my booking and made the hotel aware of my injury. I arrived at the hotel this past Saturday to check in and was limping balancing on a hospital crutch, sadly and despite limping with a support of a hospital crutch, I was directed to a room on the 2nd floor, worse, the room was not what I had selected and paid for, we made Bongani at reception aware of this...

「Lack of basic facility in room like refrigerator. Shared door to toilet and bath room. Bath water spills into room. Front desk reception lack the basic manner.」

「The staff was always helpful. The building is an older type with a fridge in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with limited selection. Location was safe.」

「The walls are not sound proof. The other rooms noises were so clearly heard. Even from bathroom. There is no facility for emergency lights when load shedding time. Floor were shaking while walking. Reception is like no instructions no information. No undercover parking. But the room is beautiful and has all facilities for a stay. Just improve safety and security.」
