"Amazing apartment, had everything we needed for our stay. Great location too. Would suggest some fans for the bedrooms, was very hot at night & although we left windows open, the wind whistled through the apartment & the doors were rattling too. Also the water temperature in the shower in the blue bedroom stayed too hot so we couldn’t use that shower, not a huge issue as there was two but you might want to check for future guests. "If you like your reservation lost, sub standard room, faeces and urine and other fluids in bedding and mattress, terrible musty room smell, broken internal doors, broken shower drain, broken wsh machine and no communication and wifi, being ghosted and not responding to a refund, then stay at Terlon. Do filthy we have reported the above to the Liverpool Council for health and tourist hazards. The manager was in complete denial saying the above was acceptable to stay there. We RPT barely 2 nights...
