Perfect little house

Great location and nice property!

We stayed overnight for one night to be close to the Ark Encounter. We appreciated the extra touch for children since the owner had some child friendly snacks and place settings perfectly appropriate for young children. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Owner went above and beyond!

Great Family Stay

We stayed here for two nights while visiting the Ark Encounter. The property is very clean and family friendly. I greatly appreciated the colorful toddler appropriate plates/bowls/cups and there was even a highchair. I also loved the nightlights that were strategically placed all over the house as it can be difficult to navigate a new house in the dark. The beds were very comfortable, and 10/10 we would stay here again.

Amazing family friendly rental

Peter’s home is the best rental we have stayed in. It is exceptionally clean and located in a safe little neighborhood. The home had everything we needed including children’s dinnerware and games! We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the backyard including deer and many varieties of birds. We will be recommending this rental to everyone traveling to the area.

Awesome little getaway!

This was great! My family had a wedding at The View which was only 9 minutes away. I ran the neighborhood and it was awesome! Really cute, felt very safe, and the house was even better in person. Peter was also so helpful during the stay!

Great option for your Ark Encounter trip!

We arrived around dinner time and Peter had already sent all needed info for a smooth check in. We planned to go to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. It was quick yo get on the highway for the nurse I’m and the Ark is only 5 minutes away. The house was perfect for our family of 8 with lots of room, plenty of beds and enough chairs for everyone to eat together at the table! If we have friends planning a trip, we will definitely recommend!
