"Our first room when we arrived had the door open and a large industrial fan going. I didn’t want to even know why. We immediately went downstairs and got a new room. Interesting, that fan was going all night and most of the next day. Another patron had ants and bed bugs. "

"Shuttle running on Friday and Saturday is really helpful. Front Desk staff is kind and helpful. The one thing I will share is that the cleanliness wasn’t the best. There was a stink bug on the wall and you could see the marks on the mirror from a previous guests. Breakfast options are nice; pancakes, waffles, yogurt, juice, coffee, eggs, bagels, muffins, and fruit. Good hotel for quick stays. "

"Everything was great. Preface was good enough preface for everyone in hotel. Parking was great easy to get to staff was very happy and pleasure to help you. Room was clean, great that it didn't have carpet and it had vinyl flooring which was perfect. Rooms, smell nice and fresh. Well be back there, again. Thank you CS"

"Minor issues: Out of soap, coffee pot didn't work, fridge door wouldn't close. Staff took care of it all same day."

"Breakfast was nice! Has good options for free breakfast. Pool was open late which is really nice! They have casino shuttles as well. My room was nice, normal hotel room and pretty clean."

"I was very surprised at the upkeep off the property and room, it was poor condition. Furniture of the room was not appealing at all, heavily damaged tables, the condition of the bathroom tub was horrible and looked dirty, I barely wanted to shower. There was hair that did not even belong to me on the floor when we got into our room on the bathroom floor, very discouraging to make myself comfortable in the room. I was very upset and disappointed as this was suppose to be a Hyatt hotel. I was shocked at the condition of the rooms. "
