「The pool was not available due to repair. The parking was limited (we had to walk up/down the hill to overflow parking). The faucet in our room made machine gun noise. The room was pretty big and clean. Deli was good. The restaurant bartender was very helpful. The shuttle bus service was great.」

「WE enjoyed the architecture of the whole complex - reception coffee lounge (Hot Drinks day and night as a compliment). Parking was right there. Center of town. The staff helped us when we needed to extend at the special rate. It attracts fun guests. It is a special place - not the run of the mill franchise. The linen is first class, nice thick towels. 「The property is conveniently located near the free-bus station. We expected the property to be no frills but the shower was tiny, the carpet could have been vacuumed better, and one of the pillows had a stain. The lobby could also have better lighting at night.」

「The room was dirty. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in any corner in a long while. The hallways were dark. There was a man panhandling out front, and it had an air of neglect to the whole place. The bed was comfortable enough, but I tried not to walk around without my shoes. We would have left, but there was no refund and we figured we could survive a night. The name sounded so pleasant and nostalgic that we got sucked in.」

「We returned to this place on a quick 2-day/last minute get away. Owner is new from last time. Nice people; helpful and made a very good breakfast. Only issue we really had was the plumbing. Our room had some kind of venting issue with the sink/toilet/shower. Toilet bubbled and would go down at times; sink would go slow/stop at times; shower also stopped up and went down very slow. Told the owner about it and hopefully they can get it fixed. But overall, pleasant stay.」
