「A hotel that struggles to be boutique and luxury and ends up feeling more like an upmarket airport layover. Not helped by booking 11 of 15 rooms out to a tour party. A take over where the pool lobby and restaurant were set up for them. Operations manager who was new to the job did offer a table for dinner in the reception lobby but not really where we wanted dinner. Waited 45 minutes next morning for coffee and eventually some croissants- then had to leave. Senior management who we were informed...

「Habitas Namibia is a wonderful camp surrounded by expansive and awe inspiring views of the Kalahari. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful.
