"The location was perfect. The house was in perfect shape and well maintained. Just a short 30 second walk to the pool looking out over the Atlantic. Another 30 second walk to the private beach. Numerous wonderful restaurants on the water within a 10 minute drive. It was a 10 out of 10. "
