“Nice new hotel. Could use more elevators and better understanding of processes.”

“Breakfast was average at best. Nothing new. The reading lights over the beds did not work and the outlets on the lamps were loose and only worked periodically. Positives were the beds were nice and the shower was very nice.”

“Overall, I like the hotel. But there was no coffee at breakfast because the machine was broken. At least a reserve, or perhaps I don't mind if they had served instant coffee. The staff member who checked me in was not too friendly. Did not seem like he was into his job that much.”
