“Very pleasing location with great view to Bristol Channel. Super friendly and helpful young couple is running it. If we would be in Lynton again, definetely we would consider to be there again!”

“Happy: helpful staff, great breakfast, Clean and cozy room, comfortable bed, good shower, picturesque window view, 24-hour self service bar, 5 minutes walk to town centre. Unhappy: room too warm during daytime in summer, and we didn't know that dinner must be booked before 4pm, so missed it. Overall a great place to stay, would love to go again and try the dinner.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We were walking the SWCP and were glad to stop earlier on this leg. “Nice b&b with nice view. Affordable and the staff were friendly :)”

“Great day, great breakfast, great hosts”

The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very cold, with the hotel heating switched off despite the cold……

“Good hotel”

“Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea. Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities. A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before.”

“我们的入住时间是4点 但我们5点多才拿到钥匙 我们很累 我们不得不等很久 房间的窗户都是蚊子和灰尘 没有吹风机 没有厕纸 没有纸巾 没有洗涤用品 我们只住两天 所以我们忍了 洗澡的水超级小 感觉不好”

“What a hidden gem The Annex, Rose Cottage is. Perfectly situated if you want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of life! Nancy & Paddy are very welcoming hosts on hand to offer local knowledge on the best pubs to visit, walks to take or supply any small thing you may have forgotten. The cottage is beautifully presented , warm and clean with a very comfortable sofa and bed. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I have experienced with everything that is required - a real home from……
