"A modern and comfortable hotel with a lovely breakfast included in the price. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Telford and is set in lovely grounds. I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and us not getting bottles of water in our room for the first night but getting them for the second. "

Our room was very comfortable with everything we needed provided including a good range of toileteries. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only when attempting my check-in did I discover from a sign outside the previous reception area that check-in must now be carried out at the associated pub/restaurant opposite. But no one picked up my call. I now understand...
