「What a lovely property to host a few families with kids while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The kids loved the large yard and deck. Plenty of space to hang out, cook and most importantly - comfy beds to sleep on. Every room was well stocked with all you could need and the host was great with communication! 「The house seems brand new, as is the neighborhood. It was a good fit for our family. It is on the outskirts of Kingston with a five minute drive to local restaurants. Drives to the waterfront take 20 -25 minutes, but traffic is manageable. The kitchen had all the kitchenware you will need. Bedrooms are furnished well with comfortable beds. It seems to be in a very safe area. There is a small park with children's play equipment at the end of the block. We saw two bunnies at the park. 」

I would recommend this home to families with young children because of all the space to safely play.」
